  • Coaching & Intake Context: Sensitive personal reflections regarding your current life transitions, relationship dynamics, and boundary challenges submitted through our Paperbell intake surveys and/or sessions.

  • Billing & Financial Data: All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party merchant processor. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card numbers or bank account details.

We use the information we collect solely to deliver your services and maintain business operations. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Calculate and analyze your unique astrological charts prior to your sessions.

  • Review your intake forms to prepare customized coaching frameworks.

  • Process payments and issue automated access to digital products, planners, and schedules.

  • Deliver automated invitations and access credentials to the Sovereign Sanctuary Discord server.

  • Communicate administrative updates regarding your appointments or purchases.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or birth data with outside corporate entities or third-party marketers. Your data is only shared with trusted, encrypted digital platforms strictly necessary to run our business operations:

  • Paperbell: Our administrative platform managing our client scheduling, intake workflows, and legal contract signatures.

  • Stripe/Paypal/GooglePay/ApplePay/Other Payment Processing Third-Party Merchants: Our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

  • Discord: Used exclusively to host our peer-to-peer client community, the Sovereign Sanctuary. (Please note that your visibility within Discord is subject to your personal account privacy settings on that platform).

We implement rigorous digital security measures to ensure that your intake forms, birth data, and private session recordings remain secure and accessible only by Citrine Alsace.

4. Absolute Confidentiality & Critical Safety Exceptions

We hold all 1-on-1 coaching dialogues, chart readings, and vulnerable client disclosures in the absolute strictest confidence. However, we hold our practice to the same safety standards as a mandated reporter. We reserve the right—and maintain the ethical obligation—to break digital confidentiality and disclose your information to appropriate emergency services, local law enforcement, or your designated emergency contacts if:

  • We reasonably believe there is an imminent, active threat or danger to your own life (self-harm or crisis).

  • You communicate an imminent, active threat of physical violence toward another individual or the public.

  • There is explicit disclosure or reasonable suspicion of ongoing abuse or neglect involving a minor child, elderly individual, or vulnerable adult.

5. Your Rights Over Your Data

You retain total sovereignty over your information. You have the right at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we have stored on file for you.

  • Request that we correct or update inaccurate birth data or contact details.

  • Request the permanent deletion of your intake files, birth data, and session records from our secure databases. (Please note that deleting this data may limit our ability to provide ongoing coaching continuity).
